Payment Method
Nora Journeys operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method. As such, payments are made directly to the delivery personnel at the time of order receipt.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or invoice).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products without original packaging or labels
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
